Benefits
As a Randolph Health team member, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package designed with you and your dependents in mind. Subject to any eligibility waiting period, all of the benefits described are available to regular full-time team members, and most benefits are available to part-time flex team members who are regularly scheduled to work 20 to 36 hours per week. Many benefits are provided at no cost to team members, with the other benefit costs being shared between Randolph Health and the team member.

Our medical insurance offers enhanced wellness services that cover 100 percent of the costs for routine physical exams. Depending on your gender and age recommendations, services such as routine immunizations, Pap and prostate-specific antigen (PSA) testing, mammograms, and colonoscopies are covered at 100 percent and are not subject to deductibles or co-pays.

Vision
Randolph Health offers one vision plan that provides coverage for routine eye exams and eye wear.
Flexible spending accounts (FSA)
Flexible spending accounts allow employees to pay for certain healthcare and dependent care expenses on a pre-tax basis through payroll deductions. Randolph Health offers a healthcare FSA and a dependent care FSA. The plan features a convenient debit card for immediate reimbursement.
Disability plans
Randolph Health provides short-term disability (STD) and long-term disability (LTD) coverage for eligible team members. For an approved disability, STD coverage begins 30 (standard plan) or 14 (buy-up) days after an accident, illness or hospitalization occurs, and provides income replacement of 60 percent of your base salary (up to a maximum of $800 per week) for a maximum of 22 or 24 weeks. If your disability continues beyond the maximum allowed weeks, LTD provides 50 percent of your base salary (up to a maximum of $5,000 per month).
Critical illness benefit
If you or a family member is diagnosed with a covered illness, such as a heart attack, stroke, end-stage renal failure, etc., there may be expenses that can impact your finances, including lost income, mortgage payments, prescription drugs, travel expenses, child care expenses and home healthcare. Critical illness coverage pays a lump sum benefit if you are diagnosed with one of the critical illnesses. This benefit is subject to underwriting requirements.
